Delivery Costs

Free local delivery available to area: B62, B63, B64, DY7, DY9 & DY8, please allow 1-2 days for delivery.
 
Free local delivery for orders over £50.00.
 
Any orders under £50.00 will ensure a £3.00 delivery charge.
 

We don’t accept PO BOX & BFPO Boxes

We only deliver to the UK mainland.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Nation Wide Delivery

For all deliveries outside of our local delivery range, we will deliver using a tracked courier service on an 24hour service. Order before 1pm and your delivery will take between 3-5 working days, excludes Sundays and bank holidays.

In the case that a delivery is not accepted or all attempted deliveries have failed the cost of the product will be refunded however any shipping costs will not.


International Orders

We do not ship internationally.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Cheers reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. You will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued. 

Damages during Transit

Cheers the Liquor Shop assumes full responsibilty for any damages incurred to your parcel during the first delivery attempt, regardless of the cause.

Cheers the Liquor Shop requests and highly suggets that when recieving the parcel customers accept it within the notified delivery time window. After the first attempt, any subsequent missed deliveries or refusals will incur costs for the customer, including redelivery fees, storage charges and possible produc spoilage

Christmas Deliveries

Orders that need to arrive before 24th December must be placed before the 18th December to gurantee arrival before Christmas.

Any Orders placed after this date can’t be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

This is to allow for Order Processing and Shipping.
